The management of Nexigold complies with Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 ("AMLA 2001"). For this purpose, the customer agrees to disclose to Nexigold the personal information needed for identification purposes, if the customer wishes to create, continue or carry out the business relationship or a particular transaction. The customer must provide Nexigold with the information and documentation necessary for identification purposes and must also notify Nexigold of any changes which may occur in the course of the business relationship. In all cases, Nexigold requires from the customer his/her full name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, NRIC or passport number, source of fund and reason for purchase.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms or the Website shall be litigated or heard in the state or federal courts of Malaysia and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such court.
